Guidelines on using the hall

1. All bookings must be made by submitting a booking form
2. All bookings have to be confirmed in writing by this office
3. All prices have to be confirmed in writing by this office
4. Only persons who have made an official booking are allowed to use the hall
5. Hirers are only allowed to enter the village hall at their booked times
6. Bookings cannot be made through  anyone except our official office

    

   1. The hall is available to all persons wishing the use hall for a legitimate use.
   2. Arrangements for entry have to be arranged with this office.
   3. Entrance is not allowed using other groups keys without notifying this office.
   4. The hall and other rooms must be left in a clean and tidy condition
   5. All rubbish to be taken home with the user
   6. Please check all heaters, lights and cooker have been turned off.

   8. Any damage will be charged to the user

      1. We comply to all fire regulations
      2. We comply with all electrical regulations.
      3. Emergency fire doors should not be used as a normal opening or left open
      4. The emergency doors must not be blocked or fastened together to stop easy quick exit.
      5. Please ensure no one plays with the extinguishers
      6. Before your function starts please decide & practice your procedure to evacuate the building. in case of an emergency.
